Currently, this service is only available to residents in the USA state of Georgia and Florida and those residing within the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland or Gibraltar
Dr. Jerome does not participate with private, vision or medical insurance plans. All consultations are self-pay and payment is required prior to your visit. You will receive a secure payment link with full details.
